Service implementation channels

BANKS

Connection to the "Smart Protect" service is done automatically when:
  • a new credit or debit card is issued from a bank with the Smart Protect service enabled
  • or when a card is reissued

TELECOM OPERATORS

Option 1: Partner offline stores. The big advantage is that the customer gets a gift card for replacement within the same retail chain which means 100% returning customers and increased turnover for the store.

Option 2: Partner online stores. Sales channel: a pop-up window for accepting the service. Before completing the purchase, the client receives an offer to upgrade to include the replacement service.The service can also be activated through the online store’s call centre.

ELECTRONICS AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY RETAIL STORES

Option 1: Phone tariff. The service is offered as part of the mobile operator's tariff (as part of the package of additional services by default). Available for all existing and new subscribers when connected to the corresponding tariff.

Option 2: Exclusive protection. In this option, the service is offered as a special offer from a mobile operator for a predetermined group of subscribers. Criteria for selecting a group can be device cost, tariff, subscriber activity, etc.

SCREEN PROTECTOR + SMART PROTECT

In addition to the Smart Protect phone protection service, we have a screen protector as a front-end sale option.

Smart Protect is so confident that its screen protector can prevent the device from damage that it offers every customer who has purchased and applied the screen protector to replace their device if it is damaged.

The replacement service is automatically activated when purchasing the screen protector.
